For enrollment, follow the steps below:
- Download and fill out the registration form completely. Save file with the name of the enrollee as excel file or convert to pdf file. (e.g. Juan dela Cruz.xls or Juan dela Cruz.pdf). Be sure that when saving the file to pdf, all the information are visible.
- Pay the online course or tutorial/enrichment program you intend to enroll. For more inquiries, you may CONTACT us.
- Send the accomplished registration form together with the proof of payment to email@example.com with the SUBJECT: Online course or tutorial/enrichment – name of enrollee (e.g. CETR – Juan dela Cruz)
- Wait for a reply to your email at least a day.
Payments can be made through any BPI branch.
