WHEREAS, LSC has intellectual property rights over its materials, including but not limited to its published books, exams, exercises, quizzes, and lecture materials;
WHEREAS, the online classes will simulate a comprehensive review class wherein students will be allowed to take notes, but will not be allowed to record the lecture sessions and risk possible leakage and distribution;
WHEREAS, the Client will help monitor the student to follow the time limits of the activities, most especially the diagnostic exam to be taken before the first day of classes;
WHEREAS, the Client will help encourage the student to maximize and make use of the consultation periods with the lecturers.
